Who we are

Above All Plumbing Pros, Inc. is a licensed plumbing contractor in Fresno, California, CSLB license 1053057. We are the business that receives your message, and the people who answer it.

What you send us

The only form on this site is the message form. It asks for your name, your phone number, your email address and a description of what the plumbing is doing. All four are required, because a message we cannot reply to is no use to either of us.

If you call or text us instead, your number reaches our phone like any other call. The site has no accounts, no newsletter, no reviews you can post here and no way to pay us, so there is nothing else for you to hand over.

What the site records on its own

A page can gather things about you without you typing anything. This one does the following:

• Cookies for measurement. We use Google Analytics, under the tag GT-M3SM3T5B that our previous website already used, to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies and it receives your IP address. Its purpose here is counting visits, not advertising: we do not use it to follow you to other sites and we do not sell anything about you.
• You can block or delete those cookies in your browser settings, and the site works exactly the same if you do.
• No advertising or retargeting scripts. Nothing here follows you to another site to sell you something.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records each request, including the address it came from, for security and troubleshooting.
• The fonts are served from this site rather than from a font company.

Who else handles it

Three companies are involved in getting a message from your screen to our inbox, and we would rather name them than describe them vaguely:

• Web3Forms, the form service that receives your message and forwards it to our email. Their own documentation states that they do not store submissions, that they process and forward them, and that their servers are in the United States.
• Google, twice over: our mailbox is Gmail, so the message that arrives sits there like any other email, and Google also receives the visit measurement described above.
• Cloudflare, which serves this website and keeps the request logs described above.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no mailing list to be added to.

What we do with it

We use what you send to do the thing you asked for:

• to reply to you, and to quote or schedule the work
• to carry out the work and keep our own records of it
• to meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations
• Nothing else. We do not use your details to market to you.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our email. We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to do the work and to keep our records straight, which in practice means up to 24 months, and we delete it when we no longer need it.

Your choices, including California privacy rights

Because we are in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives California residents the right to know what personal information a business holds about them, to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of it being sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights stand.

To use any of them, call or text (559) 758-6237, or email AboveAllPlumbing559@gmail.com, and say what you would like. We may ask a question or two first to satisfy ourselves that the request is really yours. Asking will not change how we treat you.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and messages land in one mailbox that the shop controls. Because we do not take payment on this website, no card details are ever entered here or stored by it.

Links to other sites

The site links out to Google Maps, Yelp, Nextdoor, Instagram and Facebook, mostly for reviews and directions. Those are other companies' websites. Once you follow one of those links, their privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging plumbing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this page

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. This page was rewritten on 14 October 2026 in the same change that switched on the Google tag described above, rather than afterwards, which is the practice we intend to keep.
